Meet Ivana
Ivana Hrushowy (she/her) MA, B.Ed, CCC
Born and raised on Treaty 6 Territory in Edmonton, Alberta, Ivana now resides on Treaty 7 in Calgary. She maintains strong ties across the Canadian Prairies, particularly in southwestern Manitoba. Ivana is proud of her Ukrainian heritage and the values of strength, community, and perseverance that shape her work and worldview.
Ivana became a counsellor because she understands how difficult it can be to navigate life without meaningful support. Her approach centres on helping individuals make sense of their personal and family stories while reconnecting with their inner wisdom. She considers it a genuine honour to walk alongside clients on their healing journeys.

Experience in community critical incident responses
Primary experience with adolescents and youth in community-based mental health programs
